TERMS OF USE
Use Schoolday as an organizing assistant.
Effective August 19, 2026. These terms apply to the Schoolday staging service. By using Schoolday, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to aratner92@gmail.com.
Adult accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create or control a family account. Schoolday is not directed to children. You are responsible for your account, the family information you add, and keeping access to your sign-in email secure.
Your responsibility
Schoolday helps organize school communications, but schools and the original messages remain the source of truth. You are responsible for reviewing sources, confirming important dates and instructions, completing forms, making payments, sending replies, and maintaining access to official school and emergency systems.
No autonomous actions
Schoolday does not sign permission slips, submit forms, send messages, make purchases, provide medical or legal advice, or accept terms on your behalf. Automated extraction can be incomplete or incorrect; open the original Gmail source whenever a detail is important or uncertain.
Acceptable use
You may use Schoolday only for a family account you are authorized to manage. Do not misuse the service, probe another family's data, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful content, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Availability and changes
The staging service may change, pause, or be withdrawn while it is tested. Live Gmail access will remain unavailable until the required security, provider, Google verification, and independent assessment gates are completed. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date.
Privacy and ending use
The Privacy Notice explains how Schoolday handles information. You may stop using Schoolday and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including responsibility for prior use and protection of intellectual property—continue to apply.
